Ops on Autopilot
Stop Doing Ops Manually.
We wire up your tools so the busywork runs itself. Your Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, and everything in between, connected and automated on a flat monthly retainer.
Where the Time Actually Goes
The Founder Bottleneck
10+ hrs/wk
on ops instead of selling, hiring, or fundraising
Your Engineer
$12k+/mo
pulled off product to build it, then stuck maintaining it
Your Ops Person
Stuck
knows what to automate but can't build it
Daily Automations
$3,500/mo
We build it, monitor it, and your team stays focused on what they were hired to do.
How We Work
We move with agency
We make logical assumptions and keep the project moving. No waiting around for permission on every detail.
Decisions happen async
When we need your input, we send a quick message. You respond when you can. Nothing blocks progress unnecessarily.
You stay in the loop
Live dashboard shows what's running, what's being built, and what needs your attention. No status meetings required.
Growth
One workflow area at a time, done right
2-week trial, then 3-month commitment · 30-day notice
How it works
We focus on one workflow area at a time (like client onboarding, billing, or lead routing) and fully automate it before moving to the next. Growth handles everything Scale does, just sequentially instead of in parallel.
- 1 workflow area in progress at a time
- Automations across your CRM, billing, and comms tools
- Live ops dashboard so you see what’s happening
- 24/7 monitoring on everything we build
- Weekly check-in + async Slack support
- Searchable process knowledge base for your team
- New workflows added as your needs change
Scale
Same work, faster. Two areas in parallel.
2-week trial, then 3-month commitment · 30-day notice
How it works
Two workflow areas in parallel. We move faster across your full stack with priority access and weekly strategy calls. Same scope as Growth, but you get there in half the time.
- Everything in Growth
- 2 workflow areas in progress at a time
- Custom API integrations when no-code hits its limits
- Advanced dashboards and reporting
- Twice-weekly syncs + we watch for issues proactively
- Direct Slack access for quick questions
- Searchable process knowledge base for your team
- 24/7 automation monitoring included
Examples of a Workflow Area
Each area typically involves 3-8 automations across 2-4 tools. We start with the quick wins that save your team time in the first week.
Client Onboarding
Signup to first value
Billing & Invoicing
Stripe, quotes, renewals
Lead Routing
Inbound to CRM to rep
Team Notifications
Alerts, digests, escalations
Reporting
Dashboards, weekly summaries
Customer Comms
Drip emails, status updates
Data Sync
Keep tools in sync
Internal Ops
SOPs, handoffs, checklists
What Month 1 Looks Like
First automation live in days, sometimes hours.
Days 1-3
Scoping Call + Audit
Quick call, then we map your tools and the workflow. You get a clear picture of what's broken and what to fix first.
Days 4-10
Build and Test
We build and test on staging. Nothing touches your live systems until it's verified.
Day 11+
Live + Monitored
Deploy, monitor, and move on to the next workflow. We keep watching everything we've built.
Example: Client Onboarding
Here's what a typical engagement looks like: a 12-person B2B SaaS team had 9 manual steps from signup to first invoice. We reduced it to 2 with automated Stripe billing, a HubSpot welcome sequence, and Slack notifications for the sales team. Built in 3 weeks.

Can't I just use AI tools to do this myself?
You can, and for some things you should. The real question is how well-understood the process is. If the steps are clear and edge cases are mapped, most of the work is structured automation, not AI. AI plays a supporting role. For newer processes where the steps aren't fully defined yet, AI does more of the heavy lifting, but even then the goal is to learn from it, extract patterns, and move toward reliable workflows over time. Someone still needs to scope that, wire it up, test it, and keep it running as your stack changes. That's what you're buying back.
How fast do you move?
First automation live in days, sometimes hours. We start with isolated quick wins that address the biggest time sucks for your team, then build from there.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything we build runs on your accounts. You keep all automations, dashboards, and documentation. Nothing disappears.
How much work gets done each month?
Enough to keep your ops backlog moving every week. Most clients see their first workflow area fully automated within the first month. The value isn't measured in hours. It's measured in the time your team gets back and the manual work that stops happening.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 3 months. Ops automation compounds over time, and the first month is mostly scoping and building the foundation. You get a 2-week trial period at the start. After that, we ask for 30 days notice if you need to cancel.
How do I choose between Growth and Scale?
Growth handles everything, one workflow area at a time. Scale moves faster by running two areas in parallel. If you have one clear priority, start with Growth. If multiple areas are bottlenecking your team at once, Scale gets you there faster.
Do I need AI running my workflows?
It depends on how mature the process is. For established processes with known steps, structured automation handles it. No agents needed. For newer processes where the logic isn't fully worked out yet, agents can reason through the ambiguity and fill in the gaps. Most engagements use both. The ratio shifts toward automation as we learn what works.
Will AI always be part of my workflows?
Not forever. The goal is to reduce reliance on them over time. Early on, agents figure out how to handle something. Once a pattern is clear, we encode it into a deterministic workflow. That workflow runs on its own, costs less, and has less variance. Agents stay in the loop for the parts that are still uncertain. As certainty grows, the workflow takes over.
